Hi, thanks for the response. While I do agree that allowing them access to civil courts does not make it a lot easier for them but I don't see any reason why they were being stopped from approaching courts.
As to Rakesh Tikait, yes he did lose his deposit but let's not forget that his tears did reinvigorate the agitation. And his organization does have a hold on the farmers of West UP.
